Angela Titzrath to Become Member of the Executive Board of Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG as of 1 October 2016 – Ensures a Smooth Changeover of the Chairmanship

As the company already announced in April of this year, Ms. Titzrath will succeed current Chairman Mr. Klaus-Dieter Peters as Chairwoman of the Executive Board of HHLA as of 1 January 2017. Ms. Titzrath’s appointment to HHLA’s Executive Board as of 1 October 2016, initially without an assigned area of responsibility, will ensure that the role of Chair of the Executive Board is handed over smoothly at the turn of the year.
