The research project BESIC at HHLA Container Terminal Altenwerder: In the battery switching station the batteries of the automated heavy goods vehicles are supposed to be charged with spikes in the supply of green energy.
At HHLA Container Terminal Altenwerder a container is loaded fully-automatic from the storage block onto the battery operated and automated heavy goods vehicles (Automated Guided Vehicle, short AGV).
At HHLA Container Terminal Altenwerder, there are currently ten battery operated and automated heavy goods vehicles (Automated Guided Vehicle, short AGV) in use, whose batteries are supposed to be charged with spikes in the supply of green energy.
