Tanja Dreilich will be leaving the company at the end of 2023

The Supervisory Board of Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA) and Tanja Dreilich have mutually agreed to part ways. Tanja Dreilich will leave the company at the end of 2023. She will resign from her position as member of the Executive Board with effect from 30 June 2023 in order to take on new professional challenges.

Tanja Dreilich was appointed to the HHLA Executive Board with effect from 1 January 2023 and has been responsible for the Finance and Real Estate segments since 1 February 2023. She succeeded Dr. Roland Lappin, who left the company at the end of January 2023. Tanja Dreilich previously headed the Finance department of the Car Chassis Technology division at ZF Friedrichshafen AG, a globally leading provider of mobility technology.

The Supervisory Board has already initiated talks on succession. Until this is settled, the HHLA Executive Board will take over the responsible tasks.
