The focus of HHLA International is on expanding the network of our HHLA terminals abroad. The company is responsible for acquiring foreign terminals that meaningfully expand HHLA's portfolio and open up new sources of revenue. It not only ensures that their number continues to grow, but also that the facilities work together optimally and develop in a future-oriented manner.   

In recent years, we have developed port facilities, rail terminals and a wide range of transport solutions. With the help of HHLA International, the new terminals in the network can draw on this experience. These include HHLA TK Estonia in Tallinn, HHLA PLT Italy in Trieste and the Ukrainian Container Terminal Odessa (CTO). HHLA International is also responsible for our intermodal company Ukraine Intermodal Company (UIC) and HHLA Project Logistics, which specialises in heavy haulage and project cargo with branches in Georgia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.
