The Annual General Meeting elected PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH Wirtschafts­prüfungs­gesellschaft, Hamburg, as the auditor of the annual financial statements and the consolidated financial statements for the financial year and the auditor for the review of the condensed financial statements and the interim management report for the first half of the financial year.
