According to the the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), shareholders of a listed German company have to notify that company and the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht – BaFin) of the level of their shareholdings whenever it reaches, exceeds or falls below specified thresholds. These thresholds are 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 50 and 75 percent of the company’s outstanding voting rights. Each HHLA share represents one voting right.
