Are you interested in psychology and business, and curious about what drives people in the workplace? In our dual study programme in Business Psychology, you'll combine scientific knowledge with hands-on experience, learning how to analyse human behaviour in a business context and translate your insights into practical solutions.
In cooperation with FOM University of Applied Sciences, we offer a dual study programme that combines academic learning with practical experience. Over seven semesters (180 ECTS), you'll gain valuable work experience at HHLA while building a strong foundation in psychology and business administration.

- A combination of academic studies at FOM and practical assignments at HHLA
- Duration: 7 semesters (180 ECTS)
- A solid foundation in psychology and business administration
- Specialisations including personnel psychology, market psychology, organisational psychology, empirical research methods and statistics
- Practical assignments in Human Resources, as well as insights into other business areas such as Marketing, Market Research and Organisational Development
