Summary of responsibilities:

Carry out routine maintenance work (inspections, repairs, moving New Jersey barriers, painting missing signs) within the terminal
Periodically report all maintenance and repair activities in maintenance reports which will be saved on the IT network
Carry out periodic inspections of the condition of the terminal and report damage and other problems to the infrastructure, facilities and systems
Monitor the work carried out by our subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure at all times that all maintenance work is carried out properly according to relevant safety regulations and procedures.

Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience
Experience in maintenance activities (plumbing work, welding, work at heights above 2 metres, etc.)
Problem solving
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to adapt
Teamwork
Knowledge of computers and the Office package
Licence for forklift truck is a prerequisite.
